The RPMC-3415-807 laser diodeis a high brightness, high power, infrared laser diode. These broad-area, gain-guided lasers are produced using MOCVD growth. TheinA1GaAs epitaxial design offers high efficiency, low threshold current, low far-field divergence and excellent reliability.
