AR Coated Windows
Overview

Anti-Reflective Coated Windows in most of cases protect expensive optical and laser systems. From the first sight they might look as very simple and easy to make components. However, several critical characteristics, like substrate and coating materials, absorption, performance stability and duty cycle, have to be taken into account when choosing correct windows.
Windows with IBS coatings are optimized to have excellent spectral performance, high damage threshold, temperature & humidity independent performance and negligible fatigue effect. OPTOMAN can coat very basic round and rectangular windows as well as wedges and prisms with extremely complex shapes.
Features

Sputtered anti-reflective coatings feature performance close to theorectical.

Absorption is the main damage and fatigue driver. With absorption being at low level, AR coated windows feature enhanced duty cycle.

AR coated windows do not influence laser beam wavefront.

Durable, non-porous and near bulk coatings.

AR coatings show laser induced damage threshold in range of 20 - 30 J/cm2, 1064 nm, 10 ns, S-on-1.

- Spectral range from 200 nm up to 6000 nm.
- Sapphire, YAG as a substrate material for mid-IR applications.
- High purity FS optimized for wavelength range. Bulk absorption down to 1 ppm/cm.
- Single wavelength, multiwavelength and broadband configuration.
- From extremely parallel windows (1'') up to complex wedges and prisms.
- Diameter from 5 mm up to 101.6 mm.
