The 2900 Series is a complete drive and monitoring solution for laser diodes. The 2900 is capable of pulsed drive currents up to 200A and diode bias voltages up to 250VDC. Facilities for detection of multitude fault conditions protect both the diode array and the driver. An onboard microprocessor allows versatile interfacing. Selection of analog control, analog-digital mixed mode control, and full serial mode control is possible. Interfaces include RS-232 or RS-485 serial communications.
