The
beam analysis system "Mr. Beam" makes
it possible to obtain information about the
spatial intensity distribution of a laser. From
this power distribution, important beam parameters
are derived to characterize the laser. This
measurement system is suitable for pulsed and
cw lasers and characterizes the laser radiation
according to ISO 11146 and ISO 13694. The modular
principle of "Mr. Beam" allows the
measuring system to be used in the laboratory,
in manufacturing, in the final inspection and
for service.
The wavelength range of the analysis system
extends from 10 nm to 1100 nm and beyond that
to the center wavelengths of 1310 nm and 1550
nm.
