The ML 3310 is a CCD camera for use on the beam profile analysis system "Mr. Beam" and is based on the basic module ML 3000. The camera is designed for use in vacuum systems or gas-purged systems.The range of applications is thereby extended into the VUV wavelength range, which must be operated in closed systems.
