Design
The RLC-USB and RLC-PCI control cards offer high precision, flexibility and easy integration. Windows based DLLs are included. Scanning motion and laser control signals are precisely synchronized.
Dual buffering allows for downloading of the next job whilst executing the current job. The output to scanning systems and lasers is scalable in sub-μs resolution.
The RLC-USB control card (version 2.0) is mounted in a rugged housing and comes with an external 6 V power supply.

Quality
Product quality is RAYLASE’s primary goal. Each card is submitted to stringent quality control tests and supplied with a test report.

Interfaces
The RLC-USB and RLC-PCI control cards interface to scanning subsystems via the
XY2-100 standard.
Laser control signals are:
Laser Modulation, Laser Gate, First Pulse Suppression, and Lamp/Diode Current. Analog and digital signals are available.
Buffered I/O ports are available for interfacing to external equipment.
